Frankie Ragan founded Hooray News and edits every story on it. Frankie lives and works in Northwest Arkansas and also runs Harold Ragan CodeWorks, a web and software studio.
Every Hooray News story crosses Frankie’s desk before it goes live. That means reading the draft, checking the key facts against the sources, editing what needs it, and deciding whether the story is genuinely good news. If it isn’t, it doesn’t run.
